The Abundance Game

Do your want more ABUNDANCE in your life? Well, of course you do, who doesn't!?! But abundance is more than economic--there are many kinds of wealth, like fun, play, love, health, kindness, compassion, friendship, etc. and the list goes on and on! These universal needs, are what brings true and lasting satisfaction---and are actually under all the physical items that we tend to attach importance to in this material world. And NOTHING is wrong with having money or things! But the physical plane is only the surface level of creating abundantly!

And it all can be overwhelming at times; people know they want more, but sometimes get bogged down with just HOW to create more abundance in their lives. So, I wanted to create a fun, easy daily practice for myself and NOW, I want to share it with you for FREE! It's my own, special way of contributing to the wealth of the world. It brings me joy to contribute to others, plus, it's just good KARMA, so to speak!

And if something isn't fun or joyful, why would you want to do it, right? This question made me curious about how I can be more playful when it comes to living my life--including creating the level of abundance I want to experience and enjoy. As a tired, burned out classroom teacher, I started off by asking myself how many weeks of "retreat" time could I create for myself. The first year I created six weeks during my summer break. The next year, I created another 7 weeks, and this last year, I turned my whole year into a retreat! I figured if I could do it here and there, I could do it everywhere--so I did!

This month, on June 6th, it will be 4, full years since I changed my life, leaving my job, and redirecting my entire trajectory by playing a game! Since then, I traveled to Portugal, Spain, France, Guatemala, India, and Costa Rica. I've begun pursuing my real passion, helping people create the life of their dreams as an Integrative Awareness Coach. The best part is that, if I can create a life that lights me up--so can you! You just have to believe it's possible and that you deserve the good that's on its way--because either way, the universe always says "yes!"

But, honestly, at first, I struggled to understand how abundance works and wasn't really quite clear about how it operated. To me personally, The Secret seemed high stakes, mysterious, and unattainable, so I kind of gave up. I needed some more clarity and something juicy to get excited about! I wanted real, practical steps I could take. More importantly, I know now that The Law of Attraction discussed in the film The Secret, didn't address a very important aspect of creating abundance--our shadow!

Let me explain: More often than not, many of us end up doing things in our life out of the vibration of lack or obligation--where we try to fix or change something that isn't "right." And then, we soon find ourselves surprised when we create more of what we "don't want." This is creating from the "shadow" aspect of yourself. "The Abundance Game" provides a fun, easy, and safe way for you to build greater awareness around the vibrational frequency in which you create your life, so that you can grow abundance out the vibration of self-love and the fullness of your own being, instead of judging what's wrong. This is not to deny or repress our shadow--but to bring awareness and light to it, so it can be released and healed. Because everything is energy, and REALLY, whether you believe it or not--there is nothing wrong with your life--there is nothing wrong with you!
